- We made all the keycaps by hand and we tried to make them complement the model, but it was really hard to be 100% accurate. So, if the keycap you received is slightly different from the photo, we beg your forgiveness.

- When the key cap is installed on the keyboard, if it is too tight or too loose, do not force it in. You can use a hair dryer to blow hot air into the cross slots of the key cap for about 5 seconds and then reinstall it
- We want the keycap to fit perfectly on your keyboard, so please select your keycap profile
- If you have any ideas for custom keycaps you see somewhere, we'd love to see how to turn them into one made just for you!

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
